- Administered Azure AD / Entra ID and Microsoft 365 for 100+ users, including user lifecycle, license assignments, security groups, and access reviews.
- Designed and maintained shared mailboxes and distribution lists for finance, operations, and client-facing teams; fixed sent-items and “Send As” behavior using Exchange Online PowerShell to meet audit and traceability needs.

Network, VPN, And SOC Support

ServiceNow, Jira, And Workflow Automation
- Acted as a bridge between end users and the ServiceNow dev team: gathered requirements, validated fixes, and moved work through a Jira board on weekly sprints.
- Helped enforce structured change management: using update sets, naming conventions, and documented deployment steps so changes were trackable and repeatable.
- Reworked Jira intake so IT and internal dev work was no longer a single “catch-all” bucket; introduced clear request types for IT Support, ServiceNow Dev Requests, Change Requests, and Customer Survey items.
- Designed and refined onboarding, offboarding, and vendor request forms so tickets arrived with the context needed to act on them the first time.
