IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR • AZURE AD ADMIN • WEB DEVELOPER

and director-level web developer for a cybersecurity company. Managed 100+ users and 250+ devices
with 99.99% uptime on services under my control. Comfortable owning everything from identity and
endpoint management to Webflow rebuilds, automation, and AWS-backed infrastructure.
Experienced working with both internal stakeholders and external customers, and known for taking
messy systems, untangling them, and turning them into clear, repeatable workflows. Consistently a top
performer on operational metrics with a high customer satisfaction rate and regular participation in oncall rotation support.

  • VPN rollout and support (GlobalProtect, OpenVPN with SAML)
  • Teams call queues and M365 voice for SOC / analyst workflows
  • Hands-on support for SOC2 compliance: access reviews, change tracking, ticket audit trails

  • Basic AWS: EC2, S3, IAM concepts; AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate–level knowledge

Web Development & Digital Experience

  • Webflow site architecture, CMS design, and responsive layouts
  • HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for interactive components and mini-games
  • DNS and SSL management (registrars, Route 53, certificates)
  • HubSpot form integrations, GA4 analytics, tracking and pixels

Soft Skills

  • Clear written documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal training material
  • Comfortable translating between leadership, marketing, SOC, and dev teams
  • Strong "own the problem" mindset from user symptom to root cause and long-term fix
  • Confident supporting both internal staff and external clients/customers

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Identity, M365, And Endpoint Ownership

  • Administered Azure AD / Entra ID and Microsoft 365 for 100+ users, including user lifecycle, license assignments, security groups, and access reviews.
  • Designed and maintained shared mailboxes and distribution lists for finance, operations, and client-facing teams; fixed sent-items and “Send As” behavior using Exchange Online PowerShell to meet audit and traceability needs.
  • Built and documented Intune enrollment and compliance flows (iOS, macOS, Windows), including a standard “reset the trust” process to resolve recurring Company Portal/profile issues.
  • Managed device lifecycle for laptops and mobile devices, balancing security (encryption, compliance) with usability for remote and hybrid staff.

Network, VPN, And SOC Support

  • Assisted in migrating analysts and staff from a legacy GlobalProtect VPN to an OpenVPN-based solution using SAML, including comms, self-service instructions, and frontline troubleshooting playbooks.
  • Supported SOC operations with practical changes like tuning Azure VM alerts, managing Teams call queues for SOC analysts, and ensuring secure access to monitoring tools.
  • Worked closely with IT leadership to align endpoint and access decisions with SOC2 controls and internal security standards.

ServiceNow, Jira, And Workflow Automation

  • Acted as a bridge between end users and the ServiceNow dev team: gathered requirements, validated fixes, and moved work through a Jira board on weekly sprints.
  • Helped enforce structured change management: using update sets, naming conventions, and documented deployment steps so changes were trackable and repeatable.
  • Reworked Jira intake so IT and internal dev work was no longer a single “catch-all” bucket; introduced clear request types for IT Support, ServiceNow Dev Requests, Change Requests, and Customer Survey items.
  • Designed and refined onboarding, offboarding, and vendor request forms so tickets arrived with the context needed to act on them the first time.
  • Built and maintained 50+ internal workflows and automations using Jira automation, ServiceNow flows, and Power Automate (e.g., scheduled issue reports, change summaries, and customer issue trackers).

Web Development & “Director Of Web” Responsibilities

  • Took ownership of the corporate website, initially a legacy WordPress/WP Engine stack with agency leftovers and inconsistent templates.
  • Led a full rebuild and migration to Webflow, implementing a clean component library, CMS collections for services/case studies/blogs, and responsive design that matched updated branding.
  • Managed DNS and SSL cutover, coordinating with registrars and internal stakeholders to move production traffic without downtime.
  • Built 20+ web projects and pages including service pages, campaign landing pages, SEOoptimized blog layouts, and interactive HTML/CSS/JS “showpiece” sections for marketing.
  • Integrated HubSpot forms, GA4, and tracking pixels so marketing could see real funnel behavior instead of guessing.
  • Became the primary partner to marketing for all web-related initiatives, shifting the role from “can you update this page?” to “how should we represent this product or campaign digitally?”

OTHER ROLES & EXPERIENCE

  • 7th Grade Science Teacher → GT Program Coordinator & Coach
  • Taught 7th grade science, heavily focused on “why” based learning and building repeatable ways for students to understand complex topics
  • Promoted into GT (Gifted & Talented) program coordination, handling curriculum planning, student placement, and communication with parents and administration
  • Coached basketball, track, and cross country, balancing academics with athletics and learning how to manage groups, motivation, and time under pressure
  • Owner / Operator – Sear N Dip (2019 – 2021)
  • Launched and ran a small restaurant concept (Sear-N-Dip Burgers & Ice Cream), handling everything from menu and branding to scheduling, vendors, and day-to-day operations
  • Managed hiring, training, and front/back-of-house workflows in a high-variance environment
  • Closed the business due to COVID-era conditions, but walked away with real-world experience in operations, customer service, and “own the whole thing” responsibility that carries into IT and web work today
